Welcome to Ms. En Serio!
I’m Mariony Enid. Boricua, teacher, writer, and woman learning to hold all the parts of herself with honesty. I was born and raised in Puerto Rico and now live in Austin, Texas, where I teach English and write to stay grounded. I exist between two languages and two homes, always searching for a way to feel whole in both.
Ms. En Serio is where I let it all out. Where I tell stories that are sometimes mine and sometimes not, but always carry something real. Here, I write what I’ve lived, what I’ve dreamed, what I’m still trying to understand. Some days, it’s reflection. Other days, it’s fiction. And sometimes, it’s just a feeling I needed to put into words.
This blog is a space for the truths we whisper, for the emotions that don’t fit into neat boxes. I write about love, longing, loss, desire, family, identity, and the quiet moments that shape who we are. I don’t always know where a story will take me, but I trust it will lead somewhere honest.
Thank you for reading, for feeling, for being here.
